What is GENDR's return policy?

Extended holiday return policy: Purchases made between November 1 and December 31 have an extended return period through January 31, 2022, excluding any FINAL SALE items. All applicable rules and protocols remain the same during this period.

You can return any new, unused items (excluding items marked FINAL SALE) for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note, shipping fees are not refundable. All items must be sent back unopened with the original box and/or packaging to be accepted. When returning your GENDR order, please use a separate box to ship your item(s). Shipments that are refused or marked return to sender are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

For all product marked FINAL SALE all sales are final with no returns, refunds, or exchanges. Additionally, due to the nature of the products, all face masks are final sale items and cannot be returned.

GENDR reserves the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, to refuse any merchandise returned, to refuse to offer any refund, and/or to charge a restocking fee for any such return that does not meet our return requirements. This includes final sale items, items returned damaged or missing original packaging or documentation, or for items that we reasonably determine were ordered through use of a robot or other automatic device or software.

How do I return my GENDR order?

Please pack your return in the same manner we shipped it to you. If you received your product in a cardboard shipping box, it must be returned to us that way. Returns that have been inappropriately shipped will be rejected and are subject to additional fees. Please include your packing slip that was included with your order in your return shipment. If you do not have your packing slip, either reprint your order confirmation or include your order number on a piece of paper within your return shipment. We advise that you ship your return using a trackable service to ensure we receive your package. GENDR is not responsible for any lost or misdirected packages. Please remove or cover any existing shipping labels or stickers from the shipping box and send to the address below:

Does GENDR provide a free return label?

We do not offer return labels. Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Once we receive your item(s), we’ll process your return and issue a refund to your original method of payment within 48-72 hours. We’ll send you an email to let you know your return has been completed. Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to show within your account.

How do I exchange my GENDR order?

GENDR does not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange your GENDR order for a different color, or style, please place a new order for the desired item(s) and return your original order for a refund.

What do I do if my item is defective or flawed?

If your item is defective or flawed, please contact GENDR Customer Service for assistance within 7 days of receipt.
